✍ ingredients ( सामग्री ) :-
* gram flour ( चने की दाल ) 1 Cup
* ghee ( घी ) 1 TBSP
* milk ( दूध ) 1 Glass
* Sugar ( चीनी ) 1 Cup
* Milk powder ( दूध का पाउडर ) ½ Cup
* dry fruits ( सूखे मेवे )
* ghee ( घी ) 1 TBSP
* cardamom powder ( इलायची पाउडर ) ½ TBSP
* ghee ( घी )

Method to Make Chane Dal Ki Barfi :

To make barfi, take one cup of gram dal. (soaked gram dal)
To fry chana dal, take ghee in a pan.
After the ghee is heated, we will fry the lentils.
After frying the lentils, let them cool.
Grind the pulses finely and make its powder.
Add one glass of milk and sugar in the pan and mix both.
When sugar dissolves then mix ground pulses in it and mix it well.
After mixing, add milk powder into it.
Add ghee, dry fruits and cardamom powder to it and mix it.
Cook the mawa on medium flame.
Apply ghee in a plate and spread mawa on that plate.
Spread finely chopped dry fruits and press with a spoon.
Will freeze for 7 hours, you can also keep it outside.
After 7 hours, after taking it out of the fridge, cut it into barfi shapes.
Barfi is ready.
